Susan Ford is one of the State Quality Improvement Consultants (QIC) working with OPQC and is from Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in the Cleveland area. She was the lead QIC on the OPQC Early Elective 39 week Delivery/Birth Registry Accuracy Project as well as the Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Project. Currently she is on the MOMS+NAS Project focusing on improving care for pregnant women with substance use and their infants. Susan is a Registered Nurse and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in Maternal-Child Nursing. Susan received her BSN from the University of Akron and MSN/PNP from Northern Kentucky University.
